*Bhunimba is one of the most bitter plants in Ayurvedic medicine. The bitterness helps to promote gut health and immunity. Bhunimba helps with detoxifying Pitta toxin in the blood and helps heal the skin. No external bugs that weaken the immunity can stand in front of the bitter active principles of Bhunimba. It improves the body's ability to metabolize by activating cell enzyme pathways. Many ayurvedic formulas indicated for low immune function have Bhunimba in them.
*Benefits include supporting the lymphatic and respiratory systems, increasing resistance against pathogens, maintaining an excellent flow of lymph and blood, and enhancing heart and liver health.
Suggested Use: 1/2-1 teaspoon in powdered form, once or twice daily, or use as directed by your health practitioner.
