*Fenugreek is a herb with a small white flower and light green leaves, belonging to the same family as sugar peas. The entire plant is used in many civilizations for its health promotive and medicinal benefits. The leaves are dried and used in herbal preparations, the seeds are ground and used for culinary preparations, and the rest of the plant used as a potherb. Fenugreek is an herb with small white flowers and light green leaves. An average Fenugreek plant grows up to two to three feet tall. The seed pods of this plant contain about 10 to 20 small, yellowish-brown, aromatic, and pungent seeds.
